In a move that just screams genius, David Hasselhoff has been cast in the upcoming Sharknado 3.
The film series produced by The Asylum has become a cult classic ever since a poster was released at the Cannes Film Festival in 2013. It makes perfect sense that an icon such as The Hoff would get a chance to do battle the freakish weather anomaly.
The former Knight Rider and Baywatch star is joined by other notable guests such as Mark Cuban, Ann Coulter, Jerry Springer as Mr. White, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Chris Jericho.
Ian Ziering and Tara Reid also reprise their roles.
