2018: The Virus is a zero budget horror by Ash Wilding. The plot which involves the usual zombie virus outbreak that creates a world of the undead may not be original, however the production certainly is.
“The idea was to try and make a film with a zero budget and found the best way to do that was to use Grand Theft Auto VI,” said Ash, from Shropshire. “We used the in-game editor to build our story, create characters and decide camera angles.”
It’s certainly different and will likely attract come curious attention when it premiers at Cineworld in Telford, Shropshire this summer.
